This is both a collection of my favorite papers (assigned or spontaneous) and a blog focusing on music theory and musicology. As a musicologist under construction, I use this to hone my writing skills and as devoted space to continue the writing habit in free time.
A large portion of my intellectual activity on any given day is spent thinking critically about music, popular and classical, so I write often about opera, pop songs, country music, and music (of various genres) which is nostalgic for me.
